So I just got a letter from Mrs. Spexarth, the broker at Weaver Residential Services. In short, the letter was a notice to all owners about the recent storm and the damage it caused. What I found really interesting and most appreciated was the fact that even in inclement weather the Weaver Residential Team focused on their customers and their mission rather than complain because it was too cold to go out and look at someone’s house. Being a homeowner and being in the military I have to rely on someone to take care of my house for me. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism Amber and her team have shown my family and I, and I would not want anyone else managing my property… Thanks.

Owning a home in that area while on active duty can sometimes be stressful.
